Bonnie's Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp water
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 pkg of semi-sweet morsels

1. Beat butter and sugars until light colored and creamy. Beat in eggs, one at a time until well blended. Add vanilla and water, blend well.

2. In a seperate bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt; gradually stir into butter mixture. Stir in morsels.

3. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake 10 to 15 min or until golden brown @ 350 degrees. Cool on wire racks.

4. Enjoy with a glass of milk. :)

5. Store in an air tight container or large ziploc bag with a slice of bread.
